Here is a quick and easy alternative to shop-bought cereal that is tastier and safer to eat. It can also be enjoyed by the whole family.

The ingredients you will need are:

  • Nuts – Pecans (base), Brazil Nuts, Walnuts, Hazelnuts
  • Coconut Milk/Yoghurt
  • Flaxseed or Linseed
  • Bee Pollen
  • Figs
  • Dates
  • Green Banana/Mango/Papaya
  • Coconut Flakes/Chunks.
