BBC Good Food provides the most amazing macaroni cheese reciepes out there. But we wanted to make a few adjustments to the original ingredients in order to make it dairy and wheat free!
50g baguette, cut into small chunks (Use white sourdough)
2 tbsp butter, plus 1 tbsp melted (Clarified butter)
350g spiral or other short pasta (Use white spelt or vegetable pasta)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tsp English mustard powder
3 tbsp plain flour (Use coconut, gram or white spelt flour)
500ml whole milk (Use unsweetened coconut milk)
250g vegetarian mature cheddar grated (Use coconut jalepeno and chilli cheese)
