When I started with Niall about 9 months ago I was really out of shape. He has been great at getting me back on track by pushing me hard enough to stretch me but not hard enough to break me! I’m feeling much stronger and healthier than I was back then. Niall’s a lovely, high energy person who cares about his clients and is good at adapting his training techniques to the individual.
