Slow Cooker, Rotisserie-Style Chicken.

I am always looking for tasty, healthy, new ideas to spruce up dinner time for my family. I came across this recipe a few weeks ago, (which I have adapted slightly), and I couldn't believe how easy it was! It suits toddler and adult alike as due to the flavours from the herbs and spices, you can afford to remove the salt and it still tastes great.
