In fermented dairy products.

In sauerkraut and pickled food.

It increases the brain growth hormone BDNF and cellular immunity.

4) Bifidobacterium Lactis.

Where can I find it?

In fermented dairy products.

It significantly boosts immunity.

5) Bifidobacterium Longum.
